INVOLVED
These terms and
conditions are an agreement between the user and the service
provider (TipsInformer). Both sides are bound by this agreement,
subject to change at the service provider's sole discretion
without prior notice.
OBJECTIVES
TipsInformer
does not offer bookmaking or services related to bookmaking.
TipsInformer is
a membership-based service providing soccer betting tips and for
informative and entertainment purposes only.
Users of
TipsInformer are granted with access to the active tips
published on the site only after confirmation of payment to
TipsInformer.
TIPSINFORMER
TipsInformer
undertakes to release at least 2 tips each match day, each tip
released not later than 1 hour before start of the game. The
active tips are published on this site and sent to all users via
email or SMS text alerts and/or both together.
TipsInformer
undertake to replace the next 2 tips of the service free to
members, should any tips purchased does not result in any
profits.
TipsInformer
cannot change any tip details after the tips has been release to
members or remove the tip from the list.
TipsInformer
reserves the right to change the cost of the membership after
prior notice, applying onwards.
TipsInformer
does not guarantee any refunds, in part or full, after payment
has been successfully processed and confirmed, in event of any
reason whatsoever.
USER
The User
considers that he is at least 18 years of age and his country of
residence allows the visiting of soccer and gambling related
sites.
The User
undertakes to provide and keep TipsInformer up to date with his
valid contact details by email at any time of change.
The User
undertakes not to share the tips or distribute tips to third
parties. In case of violation, TipsInformer reserves the right
to suspend the account of this user.

The materials
on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any
kind either expressed or implied. TipsInformer does not warrant
that the functions contained in the materials on the site will
be error free. TipsInformer does not warrant or make any
